Welcome to the Best Hotel in Vancouver Downtown

This was not your standard hotel room, but a small apartment with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. I loved it! I was given a room on the 19th floor with a balcony. The views of the city were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service as always! Hotel staff were super accommodating with a few special requests related to our stay. Elevators were a bit busy during the weekend!

Positive: Such a great location at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and they let us check in several hours early after a long travel day. If you forego housecleaning, they give you a gift card to the coffee shop downstairs which is a nice touch! Negative: Place isn?t super renovated and the hallway isn?t soundproof but at the price point I did not mind at all!

Here for a medical stay. St. Paul's hospital is 5m away. Room is clean and great for use with mobility aids, save for the bathroom. Cannot beat the location. Parking is key card access only and seems secure.

Really good hotel for the money. Older rooms need a little updating but they were clean and that's most important. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking can be tight but it's gated and safe.

Positive: Staff, location and large rooms. We have stayed here before. Price for quality is great. Negative: Nothing glaring. Carpet outside of room showed a little wear. This the ?9? for cleanliness

Great stay at Century Plaza. Rooms have been updated and are brighter. The rooms are big, a bit older but comfy and in a great location.

The staff are wonderfully friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, especially for Downtown Vancouver. It's a kid friendly hotel with easy access to transit. Century Plaza has become our home away from home in Vancouver! Highly recommended!!

Positive: the staff were friendly and even offered to let us check in early...at NO additional cost, even though we arrived when others were still checking out. Negative: Everything was great, the only negative is that the elevators were slow and there was a huge dent in the fridge in our room. But...it was a nice surprise to find a kitchen in a room as big as 2 typical hotel rooms.

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we had at the Century Plaza. The rooms are lovely - spacious and well appointed. Most importantly, the staff is amazing - from the lobby/front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping to Beyond Coffee, we had no needs unmet. The location is perfect with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shops. Everyone was so helpful and kind! My students absolutely loved the experience and remarked on all these elements and how much they want to return on our next visit to Vancouver. Thank you so much for having us - I know many people fear such a large group but we felt welcomed and appreciated in every aspect of the stay.

I was here for almost two months. The staff, the room service, the view and the receptionist were all extremely nice and supportive. It is the best option in downtown Vancouver, price worthy, accessible to beaches and whatever you desire. I had a wonderful time here.

My train arrived early - long before check in, but when I asked to just leave my bag, the man on the desk gave me a room. You have no idea how good that felt after four days on the train! Location was fantastic. Easy walk to Yaletown Skytrain Station with a direct run to the airport!

We got an extremely good deal for this hotel and it exceeded all our expectations!!! The studio room is clean, nice, and is equipped with everything you'd need to cook: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The staff was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Its location allows for easy access to most places - 10 min walk to Canada Place and downtown, others are accessible by bus. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly staff. They go above and beyond for family visiting patients in the hospital. Great location. Nice big rooms, nice beds and a great amount of space. Location is prime.

My family and I stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel for a family reunion and a birthday celebration. We were pleased with our rooms, the friendliness of the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the parking. We had a charming balcony and an amazing view. The separate bedroom, living room, and tiny kitchenette were all very helpful.
