I had an incredible experience at the Central Plaza Hotel! The amazing team, from the management to the cleaning staff, treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. During a challenging family medical issue, their care and attention made us feel safe and at home. They always checked in on us and ensured that all our needs were met. It's the little gestures that truly made a significant impact, and I am genuinely grateful for their efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible during such a tough time.

My wife and I stayed here and the service was excellent. We actually didn't intend on staying in a hotel that night but decided to due to travel delays, and the front desk staff made sure we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the overall experience had us agreeing that we would choose this hotel again if we needed a stay in Vancouver in the future. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Century Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a central location in downtown Vancouver. The spacious and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. Although it's located next to St Paul’s Hospital, I found the ambient noise quite soothing for a restful night’s sleep. There are wonderful dining options just a short walk away, and I have to commend Samer and his dedicated front desk team for their willingness to help ensure a delightful experience. The proximity to beautiful churches, excellent shopping along Davie, Robson, and Granville Streets, as well as helpful concierge services from Gerry, made my visit even more enjoyable. The bellhops greeted me with warmth, always ready to assist with my luggage or open the door. What truly stood out was the consistent friendliness of the entire staff, who made me feel valued every time I returned to the hotel. I highly recommend dining at CPrime restaurant, where the steaks are simply the best in the city! Overall, I highly recommend the Century Plaza Hotel for anyone visiting Vancouver.

I chose this hotel due to its convenient location next to the hospital where my husband was having surgery. The facilities and amenities not only met but greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and showed genuine consideration for our situation. They proactively offered services like luggage storage before check-in and provided assistance to our vehicle upon departure. It was so refreshing that they didn't wait for us to request help - they offered it kindly. Additionally, I truly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which is quite unusual for a hotel of this caliber. I wholeheartedly recommend the Century Plaza to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel in downtown Vancouver, whether as tourists or, as in our case, needing to be near St. Paul's Hospital.

As travelers from Toronto, we recently enjoyed a wonderful 7-day holiday vacation at this hotel. Our stay included 5 nights in a standard room and 2 nights in a one-bedroom suite, both of which were very comfortable and allowed for restful sleep. We were particularly impressed with the fantastic mattress and pillows, and we would love to know what brand they are! 😊 The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating early check-in at no extra charge, and the location couldn't be more convenient. The room amenities were great, and we appreciated the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant. Although parking was slightly pricey, it is actually the best deal in the area, and a big thank you to the manager for the helpful parking tip (P2 is closest to the elevator). While the water flow in the shower was a bit slower than expected and we had to purchase some extra toiletries, the hotel still provided a comfortable experience. Despite being a bit dated, the atmosphere was cozy, and we were rarely disturbed by noise since we were usually quite tired. We highly recommend this hotel!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family! The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, which created a perfect environment for our getaway. I really enjoyed the large balconies and the abundance of natural light from the windows. It was refreshing to have the option to open the windows for fresh air, although we did notice some noise from the emergency vehicles nearby, it was manageable when the windows were closed. The location was ideal, with so many attractions within walking distance and public transport easily accessible for our trips to the airport and science center. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and having a kitchen was a fabulous addition. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to Brijesh, who made me feel particularly valued and respected during my stay. While there were a few things I wished were different, like having more cooking utensils and a bowl in the suite, as well as some hot water issues during checkout times, these were minor inconveniences. Highlights of our stay included the impressive in-room Nespresso machine, a full kitchen with a stove and oven, elegant decor in the rooms, impeccably clean spaces, a large balcony, an on-site restaurant, a delightful coffee shop, and genuinely hospitable staff. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay!

The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my entire experience. Initially planning to stay for one week, my stay was graciously extended to two weeks, sometimes just one day at a time, and every moment was pleasant. The dining and coffee shop staff were equally hospitable, making me feel like I was leaving family behind after my 13 days there. This truly was the best hotel I could have asked for during such a significant time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights at a fantastic hotel near St Paul's Hospital, which was incredibly convenient for my minor surgery. The food at C/Prime was absolutely exceptional, and I also enjoyed the offerings at the Beyond Coffee Bar. My room was spacious and included a full kitchen, which was a delightful surprise. They provide special rates for medical stays, and having St Paul’s Hospital right next door was a huge benefit. Additionally, the secure parking for $30 per night was a wonderful bonus. I look forward to staying here again, even when it's not for medical reasons! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring downtown Vancouver, and I appreciated the array of amenities available, including a swimming pool, gym, salon, laundry facilities, and a great restaurant.

The Century Plaza was a great place to stay, conveniently located close to everything in Vancouver. Our room featured a small kitchen, which was fantastic, especially with a supermarket nearby. Tour buses stopping in front of the hotel made transportation effortless, and we could easily walk to most attractions, including Canada Place, in about 15 minutes. There was a great coffee shop in the hotel, along with many others nearby. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for a few days—thank you!

I appreciated the fantastic breakfast and lunch cafe onsite. Even though I didn't visit the full-service restaurant or the pool, the professional and friendly staff made a great impression. Access to taxis and Uber was seamless, enhancing my experience. For longer stays, the kitchen is a great bonus. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

I had a wonderful experience with the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms, while older, were impeccably clean and the kitchenettes were well stocked for a long-term stay. The laundry facilities were also very clean, which I truly appreciated. I found the beds to be very comfortable, although I might prefer to bring my own pillows next time. While it can be a bit loud due to the proximity to St. Paul's Hospital, this location is also a great advantage when you have a loved one in the hospital. I particularly enjoyed the great coffee shop located off the lobby!

Our 1BR apartment had a great layout, effectively separating the sleeping and living spaces. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel had good amenities, and I appreciated having a coffee shop in-house with very good prices (open till 5pm). Another highlight was the gym, which was surprisingly well-stocked with weight machines. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The most remarkable assistance came when I was on a coach to Whistler. The Duty Manager, Brijesh Sharma, reached out via email to inform me that I had left my wallet in the foyer, which another staff member had found. When I got in touch, Brijesh generously offered to drive to Whistler the next day to return it in person, insisting it was no trouble at all. After delivering it as promised, he only reluctantly accepted a contribution toward his fuel costs. The peace of mind and time saved were invaluable, and we are extremely grateful for his kindness. If we ever return to Vancouver, we know exactly where to stay!

I am thrilled to share my experience at this wonderful dog-friendly hotel! 🐶 From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff truly loves dogs, which made our jolly golden retriever, Butter, feel so welcomed with warm greetings and affectionate pets. 🥰 I especially want to thank the kind doorman who not only gave Butter some love but also managed to teach him a high five—a trick I had tried to teach for a year! Now, Butter and I high five all the time! 🐾 Our pet-friendly suite was spacious and had a lovely balcony where our farm dog enjoyed watching all the action below. Plus, there was a great grassy park for walks just a couple of blocks away called Nelson Park. 🌲 We had such a delightful stay and would happily return to this charming hotel if we find ourselves in Vancouver again. The pricing is quite reasonable, especially by Vancouver standards. The front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I appreciated the secure underground parking, which was included at no extra charge. The breakfast buffet was decent, certainly better than nothing! My room, although small, was well appointed with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and room safe. The beds were a tad firm yet still comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal road noise, making for a quiet stay despite the busy intersection. Plus, there are some great restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, I look forward to staying here again for future games and concerts at the PNE grounds.

The Century Plaza Hotel was a lovely stay for us. It was very clean, conveniently located just a small walk from the main shops, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. We arrived on 2nd May, and although it was early for check-in and my husband was quite unwell, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. Upon my return from getting medication, they informed us that a room was ready, which was a tremendous relief. This allowed my husband to rest and recuperate before our APT tour the next night. I highly recommend this hotel, as they also provided us with a stunning room that had a beautiful view, which I am certain was an added bonus. The layout of the room was great and it was very spacious.

This was not your standard hotel room, but a small apartment with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. I loved it! I was given a room on the 19th floor with a balcony. The views of the city were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a great location at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and they let us check in several hours early after a long travel day. If you forego housecleaning, they give you a gift card to the coffee shop downstairs which is a nice touch!

Here for a medical stay. St. Paul's hospital is 5m away. Room is clean and great for use with mobility aids, save for the bathroom. Cannot beat the location. Parking is key card access only and seems secure.

I was here for almost two months. The staff, the room service, the view and the receptionist were all extremely nice and supportive. It is the best option in downtown Vancouver, price worthy, accessible to beaches and whatever you desire. I had a wonderful time here.

My train arrived early - long before check in, but when I asked to just leave my bag, the man on the desk gave me a room. You have no idea how good that felt after four days on the train! Location was fantastic. Easy walk to Yaletown Skytrain Station with a direct run to the airport!

We got an extremely good deal for this hotel and it exceeded all our expectations!!! The studio room is clean, nice, and is equipped with everything you'd need to cook: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The staff was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Its location allows for easy access to most places - 10 min walk to Canada Place and downtown, others are accessible by bus. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel for a family reunion and a birthday celebration. We were pleased with our rooms, the friendliness of the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the parking. We had a charming balcony and an amazing view. The separate bedroom, living room, and tiny kitchenette were all very helpful.
