What's the Vancouver Shopping Scene on Robson Street?

Robson Street is downtown Vancouver's main shopping corridor, running from Burrard Street east to Howe and continuing to Stadium-Chinatown. The heaviest brand-name retail sits in the blocks between Burrard and Howe: Lululemon flagship, Aritzia flagship, Roots, Apple Store, Sephora, MAC, and the major Canadian and international brands. Pacific Centre Mall sits underground at Georgia and Howe with another 100-plus stores. Granville Street between Robson and Pender holds boutique shops, vintage stores, and music retail.

What's at Each Vancouver Shopping District

Robson Street. Mainstream Canadian and international retail. Lululemon flagship, Aritzia flagship, Roots, Apple Store, Sephora, MAC. A few blocks east, Mountain Equipment Coop on West Broadway. Best for athleisure, Canadian fashion brands, and tech.

Pacific Centre Mall. Underground mall connecting Robson, Georgia, and Granville. Tiffany, Coach, Tory Burch, Apple, Microsoft, and most of the major mall brands. Useful in winter when the rain makes Robson less appealing.

Granville Street. Boutique shops, vintage clothing, comic and record stores, art galleries. More independent character than Robson.

Holt Renfrew at Dunsmuir and Granville. Luxury department store. Brands include Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Saint Laurent.

Hudson's Bay at Granville and Georgia. Canadian department store.

Gastown. Independent design shops, jewelers, ceramics, leather goods. Worth the 10-minute SkyTrain ride from Burrard Station.

Granville Island Public Market. Local makers, food, and crafts. Not traditional retail, more market-style.

For full retail directory listings, see the Robson Street Business Association and Pacific Centre.
